We will have our last farmstand of 2022 with amazing greens , eggs, garlic as well as summer relishes from the summer bounty of veggies. We will have frozen chickens to stock your freezers and turkeys for your holidays.
We will be launching our 2023 CSA which is going to be an amazing year.

9:30 CST Coffee/Tea chat with AndreaPeterson, papermaker, about plant fibers as handmade papers, pros and cons – environmental issues, etc.
2:00 CST hand out with Ry Hook, farmer, as he demonstrates the paper pot transplanter – the tool he uses to plant 1200 lettuce greens each week

All day Pottery throwing demo.
SUNDAY
10:30 CST watch and chat with Jon Hook, ceramic artist, as he processes plants into an ash glaze.
Throughout the day papermaking demonstration.
