Our turkeys are pasture raised on a rotational grazing plan. They are rotated so that the pasture stays healthy, is regenerated from their manure, and to help control parasites in the field. They are fed a whole grain feed mixed with kelp. Kelp contains more than 53 trace minerals in perfect balance with each other. This leads to amazing tasting meat! Our animals on TurkeyFoot Farm never receive antibiotics, growth hormones, or steroids. At least 70% of their diet comes from the pasture in the form of bugs, worms, and clover.
